Did you quit?

My documentary, Code Red: Diaries of Madness was released last week.

The amount of work and money it takes to film, put together, and promote a worldwide documentary like this is a LOT. WAY more time and effort than I expected.

It’s funny how much of life works like that. The amount of work we expect it to be and the amount of work it actually IS often don’t line up.

Sometimes, you’re pleasantly surprised…like people who do their first 10 LB Takedown, consistently and correctly follow the foods and rules, and are amazed that they get to lose weight and feel better with sleep, water, and real food that’s actually satisfying.

But most of the time, you’re not.

Most of the time, there’s a lot more to it, and you end up UNpleasantly surprised.

“Cristy, I don’t wanna hear that stuff I want is harder to get than I want it to be! I want it to be fast and easy!”

Believe me, I get it.

Like I said, filming and promoting this documentary was a ton of work – way more than I expected.

So was my bodybuilding comeback. I knew it would be hard, but holy crap.

Yet in both cases, I saw it through, because I had committed to the process.

And even on days when part of me wanted to give up, quitting wasn’t an option, because again, I was committed. I was ALL IN.

How “all in” you are has a lot to do with whether you get where you’re going.

Just buying a Home Study program or VIP Connection won’t get you there.

You’ve also gotta mentally go all-in and work the program.

If you’re not getting the results you want in life (including your weight loss), ask your self…have you FULLY committed? Are you 100% in and determined to see it through no matter what?

Or are you just waiting for it to get “too hard” so you can use that as an excuse to quit?

As always, all I ask is that you be honest with yourself.

To see behind the scenes of all the crap I went through during my bodybuilding comeback…and maybe even get inspired to stick with it if you feel like quitting…

Or even make a comeback if you’ve quit in your weight loss journey…
