Can weight loss REALLY be this simple?

It’s always a little crazy to me when someone contacts my help desk and tries to argue with my customer support staff that there’s no way something as simple as Code Red works.

Now, on the one hand, I get the doubt.

For one thing, the weight loss and fitness industries either OVERsimplify weight loss by making it seem like a magic gimmick is all you need…or they make it SO freaking complicated you wanna bang your head against the wall.

It also doesn’t help that most people are suspicious that something SIMPLE can actually be effective.

Occasionally someone will literally write my help desk and refuse to even try Code Red because, to use their words, “it can’t be this simple.”

But refusing to even TRY Code Red because you’re “sure” it “can’t” be simple is shooting yourself in BOTH feet.

So if you’d rather lose weight by having “fruit days” one week and “broccoli and pea” days the next week while jumping up and down on one foot and farting until you poop your pants, be my guest.

If you’d rather spend $5K a month on shakes, bars, and weight loss pills instead of just sleeping, drinking water, and grabbing normal food at the grocery store, go for it.

And if you want to spin your wheels at the gym for 3 hours a day 6 days a week because you think you can “eat whatever you want” due to all that exercise (even though you’re still 150 pounds overweight), that is also your call.

But weight loss is NOT complicated.

You can definitely make it complicated…but it’s not.

So do yourself a huge favor and stick with simple.

Stick with Code Red.

Eat real food, drink water, sleep, and follow a few simple rules.

STOP trying to overcomplicate something that ain’t complicated.

Stop trying to circle the whole neighborhood when all you need to do is cross the street!
