After being awake for nearly 20 hours, I was absolutely exhausted and almost in tears.
But I hauled my butt to the hotel gym and lifted weights for 25 minutes.
It wasn’t as long as I usually go. It wasn’t my “best” weight lifting session.
Instead, it was something even more important: consistency.
See, when you want results, consistency is king.
You find what works and do it consistently…
Because consistent, smaller steps ALWAYS beat going big and then dropping off.
That is 110% true of weight loss.
It’s better to lose a pound a week and get all your weight off than to lose 10 pounds in 30 days and gain it back (plus more).
Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t go big and get where you wanna be even faster. I LOVE that.
But consistency is what’s most important.
If you’re trying to make changes, start with what you can do CONSISTENTLY.
It might be big, sweeping transformations, or it might be one small step.
As always, all I ask is that you be honest with yourself:
What will you stick with at this time?
