Does Code Red get weight off you faster than Ozempic?

In the 10 Pound Takedown, a returning Rebel shared a pretty amazing post…

So amazing, in fact, that I took a screenshot and shared it below.

The post showed a graph of her weight loss since 2021, when she first did Code Red.

It also showed her regain (from not following the program anymore), but get this.

She ALSO marked where she tried GLPs two different times over the last four years.

One GLP was semiglutide.

The other was tirzepatide.

In both cases of using a GLP, she still regained the weight (which is why she came back to Code Red), but get this:

She lost more weight FASTER on Code Red than she did on GLPs.

Here’s what she wrote about it:

“So happy to be back to Code Red and in this accountability group with you all! I’ve been tracking my weight using the Lose It App ever since I started Code Red back in 2021.

“I fell off and tried other things (ahem shots 🤪) thinking I could find an “easier” way…I was eating anything I wanted, just not much of it but felt like crap ALL THE TIME.

“Looking at my trends since 2021 I’m clearly a yo yo dieter but how interesting that I lost the most and the fastest with Code Red. I also felt the best.

“I’m back baby and so excited!!! Let’s do this!”

Below is a screenshot of her weight loss graph:
With Code Red, she ate real food, drank water, and prioritized sleep. No GLPs.

With the GLPs, she ate crap (by her own admission).

She lost weight all three times, but go to the screenshot I linked to above and look at the difference in how much weight and how long it took her.

If she’d eaten Code Red while doing those GLPs, I have zero doubt she would have lost more than she did AND felt better physically.

I am SO happy this Rebel came back and is ready to do things the right way. I also really appreciate her letting me share her story and weight loss graph with you.

It’s my heart’s desire that you learn from her journey: Whether or not you’re on a GLP, you cannot skip the basics of real food, water, and sleep.

If you do, you’re gonna regain the weight AND hurt yourself.

Do a GLP the right way, or don’t do it at all.
