My food is NOT fancy, as you'll see when you watch this Week's “What Do I Eat?”
If you're someone who likes fancy food, you may believe you'll struggle with the “keep it simple” way we eat on Code Red.
But there are ways to make your food seem fancy, without spending half your life in the kitchen or using complicated recipes.
The easiest way is by getting fancy with your presentation.
You don't have to just slop your food in a bowl or on a plate the way I do. You can TOTALLY arrange it in a way that looks beautiful and elegant.
You can also invest in some fancy plates, cups, silverware, even even cloth napkins to make your meal feel fancy.
Simple doesn't have to mean bland or boring. Eat the Code Red-approved foods you love, and get creative with your presentation (including your eating utensils). I've seen Rebels who made foods as simple as cottage cheese, chicken, salami, and many others look like they were served at a fancy restaurant.
If that appeals to you, give it a try and see what you think.
And watch this week's “What Do I Eat?” below for an example that is NOT fancy (but still simple and delicious).
