Even though we’re all human, even though we enjoy feeling like we belong and being around like-minded people, we’re also individuals…both in personality and physically.
For example, we all need to eat real food, drink water, and sleep to achieve optimum health.
But within that context, we have unique nutritional needs.
For example, there are perfectly safe, healthy foods that can cause one person’s weight to stall or gain, while another person can eat them and easily drop weight.
