Causes of sleep deprivation (and how they’re stalling your weight loss)

If you’ve heard me talk about the fact sleep is the #1 rule in weight loss, and if you ain’t sleeping, you ain’t losing, you already “know” you should be prioritizing your sleep.

Maybe you’re even working on it.

But what do you do if you ARE working on it, and your sleep’s still not happening?

If you’re getting up a lot to care for an elderly parent, a newborn, a special needs child, or maybe a loved one who’s got an injury and needs extra support, then the cause of your sleep deprivation is obvious.
