Created by Andrea Dell, a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming and Theta Transformation Technique, as well as a Code Red Rebel who’s kept her weight off for over eight years, this program is designed to teach your mind to WANT to treat your body like a temple of the Holy Spirit (including healthful eating).

This program is NOT about wagging a finger at you.

It’s about inner healing work and making peace with the parts of you that resist doing what you know to do in order to treat your body like a temple of the Holy Spirit.

There are eight sessions, and you’re meant to watch one session per week.
