Step 1 is simply this: Drink the right amount of water for your weight every day.
If you aren’t sure what amount that should be, a gallon of water per day (128 oz) is safe for most people. Water helps manage hunger and food noise, because when you’re dehydrated, you’ll crave sweets, and crave food in general to try and get energy.
