This 12-week program is designed to take you from couch potato to ready to workout in the gym in as little as 12 weeks.
Here’s how it works:
– Start with week 1, and watch the intro video. – Then, do the week 1 workout once a day for one week. – If you can keep up with me at the end of week 1, move on to week 2. – If you CAN’T keep up with me, repeat week 1 until you can.
That is what you’ll do for all 12 weeks:
– Watch the intro video. – Do that week’s workout every day for one week. – If you can keep up with me at the end of that week, move onto the next one. – If you CAN’T keep up with me, repeat that week until you can.
On some of the later weeks, you will probably need to repeat them at least once, depending on what shape you’re in. You may even need to repeat them for several weeks.
That is OKAY. There’s no rush to hurry and get done. This program is about getting you in good enough shape to go to a gym and participate, and if you try to rush it, you’re at greater risk for injury.
