Real food, water, and sleep work for anyone. But beyond that, if you wanna have the control that comes with knowing exactly what works for you, you have to do the work to find it.
Yeah, I can guide you. (That's what I do with a Custom Program.) But you're still a unique individual, and your EXACT needs will take a little experimenting.
Why is that? Why don't a just spoonfeed you EVERYTHING?
Because I'm not running a nursery. The world is not a baby's crib. The world is full of temptations and challenges. Spoonfeeding you does NOTHING to prepare you for those challenges. It just makes you even more helpless.
If you want the work done FOR you, Code Red's not for you.
If your health, and your life, mean something to you…enough that you're willing to step up and do something about it…then you can have that control and confidence.
Doing the work, and proving yourself to yourself, is the only way you're gonna get it. Anyone who says otherwise is lying or misinformed.
What works for me can give you a starting place. It can spark ideas. That's totally fine. Just don't automatically assume it's also “what's best” for you.
